Junior Compliance Executive - CSP

On Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Compliance Executive for our client within the Corporate Industry. The selected candidate will join a dynamic team supporting an international client portfolio while gaining exposure to AML and CFT processes, client onboarding, and internal risk procedures. This role offers the ideal environment for developing professional expertise within a structured and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring regulatory communications and preparing related reporting
• Support client onboarding through due diligence checks and risk assessments
• Conduct client screening and escalate findings as required
• Maintain accurate internal records and assist with policy and compliance reviews

Requirements

• Up to one year of experience in AML, CFT, or a related regulatory environment (internships included)
• Basic understanding of financial services regulations and AML frameworks
• Familiarity with client due diligence processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
