Senior Technical Compliance Analyst

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Senior Technical Compliance Analyst. The right candidate will play a key role in ensuring that their technology and operations remain aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will be responsible for managing compliance processes, collaborating across teams to ensure our platforms and systems meet required specifications, and keeping pace with evolving regulatory frameworks in highly regulated industries.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyse and interpret relevant iGaming regulations and technical standards, communicating them clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates to processes, documentation, and systems to maintain compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
• Provide guidance and training for internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, development, security, and operations teams to ensure technical solutions comply with regulations while supporting business objectives.
• Assist with external and internal audits, regulatory inspections, and technical assessments.
• Support incident and change management processes by aligning them with compliance requirements and advising on risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; certifications in compliance, risk management, or IT security are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical compliance role within a regulated industry.
• Solid understanding of technology platforms, technical systems, and infrastructure, with the ability to evaluate solutions for compliance.
• Experience in risk management and auditing processes in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and technical standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.

• Ability to assess complex technical issues, identify compliance risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

• High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-driven approach.

All candidates must meet the following key requirements:

• Senior-level experience in technical compliance as a primary responsibility

• Extensive hands-on work with MGA, GLI and multi-jurisdiction gaming standards

• Direct ownership of certification cycles, technical audits, and regulatory interpretation

• Strong understanding of gaming platform architecture, systems and infrastructure

• Experience aligning change management and incident processes with compliance rules
