Overview
Manpower is currently looking to onboard an Audit Associate for one of our esteemed clients.
This role is ideal for an accounting professional who is keen to build hands‑on audit experience while working alongside experienced team members across a varied client portfolio.
The successful candidate will be involved in audit engagements from planning through execution, gaining exposure to different business environments while developing strong technical and professional foundations.
Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Participating in audit assignments as part of engagement teams under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Assisting in the execution of audit procedures in line with internal methodologies and timelines
- Preparing audit documentation and supporting the review process
- Collaborating with team members to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Contributing to the consistent application of quality standards across engagements
- Supporting additional assurance‑related tasks as required
- Managing assigned responsibilities while meeting agreed deadlines
Ideal Candidate Prerequisites:
- Currently studying towards ACCA, ACA, or holding a University degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- Comfortable working in a structured team environment with time‑sensitive deliverables
- Previous exposure to audit or assurance work is considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast‑paced professional setting
