Project Manager

Manpower Malta is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our clients team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scopes, material required, objectives, and deliverables.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Submissions of tenders and prepare necessary documentations.
• Monitoring project budgets and expenses, tracking variances and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintaining open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate project documentations, including project plans, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Visiting and monitoring project progress on sites.

The successful candidate should have:

• Experience in project management, ideally in a similar industry.
• A relevant qualification in mechanical/civil engineering and/or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, including the ability to respond to the needs of team members and provide them with assistance as and when required.
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing in Maltese and English.
