Deputy Manager - Supermarket Staff

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Supermarket Deputy Manager for our client.

Responsibilities:

Replaces the store manager for all the activities related to the stock replenishment and human resources management;

Applies cash flow procedures and is responsible for safe management;

Support the store manager in scheduling the weekly shifts;

Requirements:

• Level 4 Diploma
• Flexibility;
• Flexibility to work different shifts (weekends and public holidays included);
• Problem solving;
• Leadership; 
• Minimum 2 years experience working in similar position
• Fluency in English is a must, Italian speaking would be considered as an asset
