Project Manager
On behalf of our client Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join our clients team.
Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinate internal resources, operational divisions, and third parties/suppliers for the proper execution of projects.
- To define the purpose and objectives of the project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- To develop a detailed project implementation plan and monitor its execution.
- Supervise all aspects of the project.
- To set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and record project progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, work plans, and related costs.
- To measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- To report issues to the management as needed.
- To perform all tasks related to the assigned role.
- To ensure that all contracts are delivered on time, within technical limits, and according to the set budget.
- Provide guidance to the repair team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Required a bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering Or degree in mechanical engineer, a similar experience preferably in the Marine sector, or previous experience in the field compatible with the role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills٫ with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team leader aptitude.
