Project Coordinator - Mid-Senior

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join our client's team. This role is key in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects. The selected candidate will act as the main point of contact between site teams and the office, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. The position involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating resources, and supporting communication across all stakeholders. It is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong organizational skills and experience in project environments, particularly within technical or construction sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure alignment with project plans, timelines, and quality standards
• Act as the main point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and office functions
• Monitor work progress, labour allocation, and material delivery to meet project deadlines
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO and OHSA)
• Support team performance, maintain site discipline, and provide updates during project meetings

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within construction or technical project environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors simultaneously
• Good understanding of project management principles and safety standards
