Reservations Agent - German Speaking
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing hospitality group for a hands-on Reservations Agent with a guest-first mindset.
The company operates hotels and workspaces across some of Europes most exciting locations, guided by a Lean Luxury philosophy that blends contemporary design with affordability. Based in the Corporate Office in Malta, youll support the central reservations department, which manages booking enquiries and payments for all hotel locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out daily arrival and departure checks across multiple properties.
- Advise international guests via email and phone, ensuring a smooth and meaningful guest experience.
- Maintain and update the PMS and other hotel systems, managing guest and customer data accurately.
- Verify existing reservations and monitor incoming payments.
- Compile monthly overnight stay statistics and assist with commission handling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
What You Bring
- Completed training or studies in hospitality or hotel management.
- Initial experience in front office or group reservations roles.
- A warm and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and structured approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office and hotel reservation systems.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- A solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
