Senior Payments Controls Officer
On behalf of our client we're looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to help strengthen and support our payments operations. Working closely with the Payments Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring controls are effective, risks are managed, and daily payments run smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Monitor daily payments activity and key operational controls
- Identify operational risks, errors, and areas for improvement
- Support pay‑in/pay‑out processing, funding, and reconciliations
- Oversee settlements and fee reconciliations with payment providers
- Track KPIs, provider performance, chargebacks, and fraud trends
- Support audits, testing after system changes, and documentation
- Prepare clear reports and insights for management
