On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Compliance Executive to join an established Compliance Team within a Trust and Company Service Provider (TCSP).
The selected candidate will support the Compliance Officer and MLRO in ensuring the business remains aligned with all regulatory obligations. This role offers hands-on experience across KYC, onboarding, monitoring of client activity, and wider compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures
Support the execution of the Groups compliance monitoring programme
Collaborate with internal departments on matters related to AML and counter-terrorism financing
Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings (e.g. REQ, ACR)
Help coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and visits
Conduct periodic customer file reviews
Report regularly to the MLRO and Compliance Officer on all compliance matters
Recommend improvements to compliance processes in line with best practice
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar compliance role - must be within Corporate Services not iGaming
Sound understanding of the TCSP industry and its regulatory framework
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Fluency in English
Proficient in standard IT tools and systems
