HR Executive - CSP

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an HR Executive who will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR operational and administrative activities while also supporting key HR initiatives. The selected candidate will play an integral role in ensuring effective HR processes, employee engagement, and high-quality HR service delivery across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and profiles.
  • Coordinating the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation monitoring, performance evaluations, contract updates, and offboarding processes.
  • Preparing HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, official letters, policy updates, and internal communications.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Scheduling interviews, performance reviews, training sessions, and other HR-related meetings.
  • Maintaining and updating internal HR systems and databases.
  • Coordinating internal events and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal HR policies, procedures, and Maltese employment legislation.
  • Supporting ongoing HR projects and handling ad hoc tasks within the department as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Shireburn Software will be considered an asset.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Fluency in both English and Maltese, written and spoken.
