Manpower Malta is recruiting a Corporate Services Executive on behalf of one of its trusted clients—an organisation that values employee development, invests in wellbeing, and offers clear career progression.
As a Corporate Services Executive, you will act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring that administrative and compliance processes are handled efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders while continuously developing your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and oversee day-to-day company administration
- Prepare and submit statutory filings to the Malta Business Registry
- Maintain and update company registers in accordance with the Companies Act
- Liaise with banks, regulatory authorities, and third-party professionals
- Support compliance processes by collecting and reviewing due diligence documentation
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate, legal, or financial services
- A relevant qualification, preferably at tertiary level
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
