As a Corporate Services Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for corporate clients, making sure everything from administration to compliance runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners while learning and growing every day.
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and handling daily company administration
- Preparing and submitting statutory filings to the Malta Business Registry
- Updating and maintaining company registers in line with the Companies Act
- Liaising with banks, regulatory authorities, and third‑party professionals
- Supporting compliance functions by collecting and reviewing due‑diligence documentation
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate, legal, or financial services
- A relevant qualification, preferably at tertiary level
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
