Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

Manpower Malta, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Lawyer to join their Corporate and Commercial Department, with a particular focus on M&A transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional looking to grow within a dynamic and reputable firm, while gaining hands-on experience in high-level corporate work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction and completion documents
• Providing general legal, commercial, and corporate advisory services
• Supporting the Corporate and Commercial team under the guidance of the firms partners

Requirements:

• Fully warranted lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
• An LLM or similar Masters degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
• Experience in corporate and commercial litigation will be considered favourably
