You will manage your own clients and handle corporate matters from start to finish. This includes dealing with authorities, keeping companies compliant, and making sure all processes are done properly.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit forms and resolutions to the Malta Business Registry
• Manage company changes, formations, and restructuring
• Keep company records updated and compliant
• Draft and review corporate documents
• Handle bank account openings and liaise with banks
• Act as the main contact for clients
• Support client onboarding, KYC, and due diligence
• Assist with residency programs and work permits
• Keep clients updated on regulatory changes
• Build strong relationships with authorities and regulators

You should have experience in corporate services and understand Maltese regulations. You are organised, pay attention to detail, and can manage different tasks at the same time. Strong communication and client handling skills are important.
