Client Accounts Executive

Manpower Malta on behalf of our client are seeking a Client Accounts Executive to join our clients existing finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with accounting, corporate and fiscal requirements;
• Updating of client accounting records;
• Maintaining clients records in line with the companys risk and compliance policies;
• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts in accordance with the applicable accounting standards;
• Preparation and submission of direct and indirect tax returns;
• Managing external audit process of clients and liaising with external auditors;
• Assisting in other general accounting duties as may be required;
• Supporting management to ensure smooth maintenance of client portfolio;

Requirements:

• Part or fully qualified in ACCA accreditations - must be willing to become fully qualified.
• Have a minimum experience of two years working in a client accounting role;
• Have good communication organisational and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the preparation of financial statements;
• Be an innovative team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure and able to meet deadlines;
• Well-versed in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel;
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software particularly XERO shall be considered an asset.
