Junior Lawyer
On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Lawyer.
The selected candidate will support the legal and corporate teams on a variety of matters, including legal research, drafting, compliance, and general advisory work. This role offers hands‑on experience, direct involvement in ongoing legal matters, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, compliance and regulatory matters
- Assist with drafting, reviewing and maintaining legal and transactional documents
- Support corporate governance tasks including company formation, minutes and resolutions
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports, summaries and internal memos
- Assist with client engagement and coordination with external stakeholders
- Contribute to compliance reviews, including AML documentation
- Support litigation preparation and risk‑mitigation activities
Requirements
- Degree in Law and warrant to practise in Malta
- Fluency in Maltese and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Experience in compliance, yachting, or aviation sectors is an asset
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
