TMT & IP Lawyer

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to handle complex legal matters and support the growth of the department. This role suits an ambitious, results-driven, and tech-savvy lawyer working at the intersection of law and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage advisory and contentious matters independently across regulatory and transactional work
• Advise international clients across sectors including iGaming, technology, telecoms, and media
• Develop expertise in areas such as data protection, IP, gaming regulation, AI, or technology contracts
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to process improvement and legal tech adoption
• Build professional visibility through publications and industry contributions

Requirements:

• Fully warranted lawyer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Background in TMT, IP, or a related field
• Strong ability to work independently, manage pressure, and deliver results
• Keen interest in technological and legal developments
