Associate or Junior Litigation Lawyer - Legal Firm
On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is currently seeking to recruit an Associate / Junior Litigation Lawyer to join a reputable and growing legal practice.
The chosen candidate will play an active role in supporting litigation matters, working closely with senior legal professionals, and gaining exposure across a diverse portfolio of cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and handling of court proceedings, including drafting pleadings and legal documentation
- Attending court sessions and representing clients when required, under guidance
- Carrying out legal research and contributing to case strategy
- Communicating with clients, legal professionals, and relevant authorities
- Supporting senior lawyers on ongoing litigation cases
Requirements:
- Fully warranted Lawyer in Malta
- Demonstrated interest in litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong communication and drafting skills in English (knowledge of Maltese is an advantage)
- Ability to manage workload independently while working collaboratively within a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and a professional attitude
