Junior Project Coordinator

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Project Coordinator to join our client's team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in project coordination within the construction and MEP sector. The selected candidate will support project and site teams in planning, coordination, and administrative activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication between site and office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and scheduling of daily site activities
• Support site teams by ensuring availability of tools, materials, and resources
• Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor site attendance and report updates to project leadership
• Support communication between site and office, including drawings and updates

Key Requirements:

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic understanding of construction tools and site workflows
• Some previous site or project experience is considered an asset
