Associate Lawyer – Gaming & Commercial Law

We are seeking an Associate Lawyer to join a well-established professional services firm, supporting local and international clients across gaming, commercial, and corporate legal matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex regulatory issues, commercial agreements, licensing requirements, and business advisory projects while collaborating with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and business advisory services across gaming, corporate, and commercial law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service, licensing, software, and supplier contracts.
• Advise clients on regulatory obligations, licensing requirements, and ongoing compliance matters.
• Liaise with local and international regulatory authorities.
• Monitor legal developments affecting regulated industries and provide guidance to clients.
• Support knowledge sharing, client relationship management, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Law and a valid warrant to practise law in Malta.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within gaming, corporate, or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
