Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Japanese Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our client's team.
The selected candidate will manage the Japanese market segment, coordinate sales and operations for group travel to Malta, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role involves proactive sales activities, supplier coordination, proposal preparation, and supporting daily operations for visiting groups.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely customer service via phone and email, responding within 24 hours and managing proposal timelines.
Coordinate with hotels and suppliers to secure competitive rates and creative offers for excursions or events.
Manage group bookings once confirmed, including venues, itineraries, and communication with representatives.
Follow up with clients and representatives to ensure smooth operations and identify new business opportunities.
Support reporting, forecasts, promotional planning, and budget management for the Japanese segment.
Key Requirements:
Strong sales mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience coordinating group and FIT travel.
Customer-oriented, organised, energetic, and able to work flexible hours.
ICT literate with excellent command of written and spoken English and Japanese.
Driving licence and previous experience in a similar role are considered an asset.
