Travel Coordinator | French speaking
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales & Operations Coordinator – French Speaking to join our clients team. This role is ideal for a dynamic and commercially driven professional with a strong interest in tourism and client relationship management. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting sales growth, managing client accounts, and coordinating travel-related operations while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
The role requires a proactive individual who can confidently engage with travel trade operators, agents, and corporate clients, while also supporting reporting, planning, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving revenue targets and maintaining long-term partnerships within the tourism and hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow new and existing client accounts to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and sales reports
- Liaise with travel trade operators, agents, and industry partners
- Coordinate sales trips, client meetings, and promotional activities
- Track and follow up on accounts using internal systems and software
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Previous experience in tourism or hospitality
- Strong organizational and computer literacy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to travel abroad

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (flexibility to work on weekend and public holiday is required)
- Working Hours: 8:30 to 17:00 (flexibility may be needed)
