Purchasing Officer (Italian speaking)

On behalf of our client, ManPower Malta is seeking to recruit a Purchasing Officer.

You'll manage supplier relationships and actively scout for new partners, ensuring the best market options and smooth procurement processes. Working closely with technical teams, your negotiation skills will solve problems and keep projects on track, directly impacting cost efficiency and supplier performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Dealing with suppliers and actively searching of new ones
• Market researching
• Requesting invoices
• Negotiating and problem solving
• Liaising with Technical and Estimating Department.

Job Requirements

• Excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in similar role
• Good knowledge of procurement techniques
• Strong negotiations and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
