Senior Client Accountant - Yachting & Maritime

Manpower is seeking a Senior Client Accountant with a strong interest or prior experience in the maritime and yachting industry, for one of our clients. 

This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team serving an international client base, primarily focused on maritime and yachting operations, as well as private clients. Its an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in a specialized sector and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle financial and management accounting for clients, particularly those in maritime and yachting structures.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance, including yacht leasing arrangements and cross-border transactions.
• Perform corporate tax computations and filings, with exposure to maritime tax regimes and incentives.
• Provide regular portfolio reports to management, focusing on maritime-related entities.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of companies, with emphasis on yachting and maritime clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified accountant.
• Strong interest or prior experience in the yachting/maritime sector is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional client service.
