Private Client and Immigration Lawyer
Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Private Client and Immigration Lawyer to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advising individual clients on residency and citizenship options available under local Laws
- Preparing and submitting applications for residence permits, visas, and work permits, and liaising with local authorities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to personal tax planning, power of attorney, wills, and asset structuring
- Liaising with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure a smooth client experience
- Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and related local and international developments.
Requirements:
- In the final year of LLM or fully qualified.
- Able to work under pressure and results-oriented.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in Immigration or related fields will be considered an asset but is not a requisite.
