HR Executive Human Resources Department
On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Executive to join a dynamic Human Resources team within a leading organization.

What You Will Be Doing:
Answer day-to-day HR queries and maintain accurate employee records
Coordinate training activities, update plans, and manage logistics
Support HR projects, intern programs, CSR initiatives, and digitalization efforts
Prepare HR and L&D reports and statistics
Implement new digital solutions to enhance employee experience and support business objectives
Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and employment legislation
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years experience in HR, ideally in financial services
Strong knowledge of employment legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
Degree in HR or a related field is an advantage
