Sales and Operations Coordinator - Chinese Division
Summary
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Sales and Operations Coordinator to manage all tasks involved in achieving and exceeding the targets for the Chinese Group business for our client.
To
focus on building the long-term success for our client in
this segment through pro-active sourcing of information and trends relating to
Asians travel interest in Malta.
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist the Leisure Segment leader as required.
- To assist in attaining sales goals.
- To service all customer enquiries effectively, and Groups as directed.
- To maintain contact with current customers to secure sales.
- To assist in the preparation of sales proposals, reports and research.
- To maintain a customers database.
- To assist in the development of Chinese market segments.
- To assist in the implementation of marketing communication activities.
- To provide support during familiarisation or incentive visits by tour operators/agents.
- To assist in the servicing of customer complaints.
- To report on a regular basis on activities undertaken.
- To assist with administrative duties as required.
- To participate in Sales Promotion trips overseas / Travel Fairs when required.
- To assist with inspection visits and outside duties with groups when in Malta as necessary.
- To carry out other associated duties within the scope of normal flexibility including providing
- support to the rest of the company as required.
- To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.
- To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Have experience in a similar position or customer care/ tourism related.
- Preferably speaks native Mandarin.
- Possess a good command of English, verbally and written.
