Business Outbound Sales Representative - Maltese Speaking
On Behalf or our Client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Business Outbound Sales Representative.
Key Accountabilities:
- · Promote the applicable business product portfolio
- · Understand customer needs and provide them with tailored recommendations
- · Execution of CVM inputs
- · Follow-up on leads in a timely manner.
Key Performance Indicators:
- · To optimize the clients experience
- · Volume of renewals and upsells
- · Value generation
- · Customer satisfaction feedback
Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:
- · Proactive with a positive mindset
- · Team player
- · Understanding key drivers of value in the telecommunications industry
- · Excellent command of both English and Maltese languages is required
- · Experience in telemarketing and/or sales and/or other customer-facing roles will be considered an asset.
- · Motivated and willing to learn
- Must be fluent in Maltese and English
