As a Sales Assistant, you will help customers select and purchase jewellery or timepieces, offering your expertise to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers, providing a warm and friendly shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our jewellery and watch collections to effectively guide customers in their selections.
- Sales and Advice: Offer personalised recommendations and advice on styles, trends, and care for jewellery and timepieces.
- Transactions: Handle sales transactions, including cash and card payments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the shop and showcases clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve store sales goals and maintain a harmonious team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
