Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, including supplier invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.
Manage intercompany billing and ensure accurate reconciliations of intercompany balances.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances, maintaining up-to-date cashflow forecasts.
Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cashflow forecasts.
Handle VAT return preparation and submissions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Accounting (ACCA or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good level of understanding the Maltese language is required
Knowledge of Shireburn Accounting software is an asset.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
