Home Interiors Project Manager

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to oversee residential interior projects from concept through completion. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating people and materials, guiding clients through the process, and bringing beautiful spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage home interior projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and oversee day-to-day progress.
• Prepare project plans, monitor progress, and report status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all work is delivered to high quality standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout each project.
  

Requirements

• Fluent English; Maltese is considered an asset.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within interiors, construction, or property.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Proficient with project management tools and MS Office.
• Valid driving license.
