Manpower Malta, on behalf of our client a growing Trust & Corporate Services Provider (TCSP) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise internal operations across corporate, finance, compliance, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across corporate services, finance, and compliance.
Improve internal systems, policies, and procedures for greater efficiency and quality.
Ensure smooth client onboarding/offboarding and maintain robust internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet statutory and internal deadlines.
Lead IT and infrastructure improvements, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within a TCSP or financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
Excellent organisational, planning, and project management skills.
A degree in business, finance, or law is considered an asset.
