Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Hotel Manager to join our clients team.
The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, optimal financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is key to driving operational excellence, enhancing service quality, and leading team development within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day hotel operations in line with company policies and service standards.
Lead and coordinate department heads through regular meetings and performance reviews.
Oversee guest satisfaction and service recovery processes, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to achieve revenue targets.
Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cost-efficiency measures across departments.
Key Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Proven leadership and financial management skills, including P&L analysis.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
