• Communicate with customers, insurers, and repair teams to gather and verify information
• Assess documentation and ensure all claims meet compliance and policy standards
• Keep customers informed throughout the process, offering support and clear updates
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely claim handling

• Previous experience in claims, insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
