General Profile
· Overseeing the operation of multiple outlets;
· Ensuring that brand standards are adhered to whilst driving revenue within the outlets;
· Implementing effective control of food and beverage within outlets;
· Supervising outlet managers whilst training and coaching the food and beverage team members;
· Encouraging the development of team members;
· Monitoring and assessing service and satisfaction trends, evaluating and addressing issues, and making improvements accordingly;
· Ensuring that HACCP records are monitored and updated. Requirements:
· Experience in a managerial role within a similar environment, coupled with an educational background in hospitality management will be highly regarded;
· Strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible work schedule and be a team player
