Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Facilities Manager to join our clients team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all properties, including retail stores, offices, and residential/commercial sites, are compliant, safe, and well-maintained.
Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance and service requests.
Manage service contractors and oversee maintenance schedules and asset registers.
Support property rental activities, including conducting site visits and viewings with prospective tenants.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations across all properties.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or engineering services.
Strong knowledge of architectural layouts, mechanical systems, and building services.
Proven understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in managing asset registers, service schedules, and contractor databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software, with fluency in English.
