FMCG Sales Rep/ Executive - Cold & Frozen Goods
Manpower Malta is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative/Executive to join our clients' growing FMCG team, specializing in cold and frozen food products. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving consistent sales growth within their territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the FMCG cold & frozen foods sector.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, horeca clients, and distributors.
- Present product ranges, promotional activities, and seasonal offers.
- Ensure excellent product visibility and support merchants in maximizing sales potential.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, orders, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in FMCG sales, ideally in cold or frozen food categories.
- Strong communication in Maltese & English, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent understanding of the local retail & horeca market.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driving licence (company car provided).
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
