FMCG - Head of Sales & Marketing

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales and Marketing to join our client's team.

Overview:
The selected candidate will lead both Sales and Marketing functions, driving strategic growth, market expansion, and brand development within the FMCG sector. This role requires strong leadership, commercial insight, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Drive brand development and commercial performance across multiple product categories.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and principals to ensure alignment on strategic goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field; Masters degree is an asset.
• 7+ years' experience in Sales & Marketing, including 3+ years in FMCG leadership roles.
• Strong track record in revenue growth, brand management, and market expansion.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and adapt to fast-changing markets.
