Senior Legal and Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor policies for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research to support decision-making.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and responses.
• Review due diligence documentation for compliance.
• Manage regulatory deadlines and requirements.
• Assist in customer reviews.

• Experience in Credit or Financial Institutions preferred.
