IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems, networks, and services are reliable, secure, and efficient
• Support and execute the organization's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud environments and enterprise systems
• Drive digital transformation initiatives such as system upgrades, automation, and process improvements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering a collaborative and proactive culture

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and enterprise applications
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards
• Experience in digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
