Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Client Account Salesperson to join our client's team.
Overview:
The selected candidate will support the growth of the client portfolio, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of annual sales targets. This role requires strong sales capability, negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare clear reports to support business development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and expanding the client database in line with yearly budgets.
Research and identify new business opportunities to support growth.
Manage customer communication to ensure clear and reliable agreements.
Provide timely and accurate quotations to clients.
Prepare monthly performance reports based on business development statistics.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Advanced computer skills.
Clean and valid driving licence.
