Short Lets Executive
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Short Lets Executive to join our client's team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of a short-term rental portfolio. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth property management processes, delivering a high-quality guest experience, and supporting administrative and coordination tasks.
The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of short-term rental properties and supporting daily operations
- Support guest reservations, communications, and check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and upkeep
- Support administrative tasks including agreements, reports, and marketing initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or reservations is an asset
- Possession of a clean driving licence and own transport
- Flexible approach to working hours with a reliable and proactive attitude
