HR & Payroll Admin
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Italian-speaking HR & Payroll Admin on a full-time (or reduced-hours) basis.
Responsibilities:
- Support the processing of payroll accurately through preparation of monthly adjustments.
- Assist with finalizing payroll runs- generating relevant bank files, tax reports and publishing of pay slips
- Handle payroll inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll matters
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the system
- Drafting of contracts of employment
- Manage Leave entitlements
- Support the application process of work permits
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, cooperating with the HQ
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Stay updated on HR and payroll best practices and legislative changes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree-level qualification in HR or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong track record in payroll;
- Strong understanding of payroll and employment laws;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Maltese and preferably Italian;
- Good command of the Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills in order to manage multiple priorities;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- High level of reliability and flexibility

- Salary: Depending on experience
- Work Setting: Onsite + Opportunity to attend a fully paid and expensed training program in Sicily for 12 months.
