Senior Corporate Executive
Manpower Malta, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Executive.
Our client, one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Executive to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will support a diverse international client base across various industries, making this role ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Attending client meetings and preparing meeting minutes
- Maintaining statutory company registers
- Handling day-to-day corporate requests from clients
- Preparing and submitting statutory filings and fulfilling company secretarial obligations
- Liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients
- Conducting and verifying due diligence as part of KYC procedures
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Maltese company law and company secretarial duties
- Strong communication skills in both English and Maltese (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with strong initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working with all levels of an organisation and building strong client relationships
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
