Administration Executive
Our client is seeking to hire an Administration Executive.
This person is required to have basic/intermediate accounting knowledge, a good understanding of Incoterms and a solid understanding of Intra-community supply rules.
Responsibilities:
- Supplier invoices registration. For certain suppliers, redirection of supplier invoices to manager in charge for pre-registration analysis
- Company invoices registration
- Preparation, execution and registration of bank transfer payments
- Execution of general administrative/bank related requests
- Verification and registration of bank accounts balances
- Periodic verification and registration of credit card expenses
- Verification and registration of incoming payments from customers
- Verification of overdue payments from customers
- Accounting documents verification on specific requests from our official accountant Forwarding and registration of company balance sheets
- Verification, registration and payment of incoming invoices from external accounting and risk management services firms
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of previous experience in administrative roles
- Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
- Good understanding of Incoterms
- Solid understanding of Intra-community supply rules.
Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
