Administration Executive

Our client is seeking to hire an Administration Executive

This person is required to have basic/intermediate accounting knowledge, a good understanding of Incoterms and a solid understanding of Intra-community supply rules. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supplier invoices registration. For certain suppliers, redirection of supplier invoices to manager in charge for pre-registration analysis
  • Company invoices registration
  • Preparation, execution and registration of bank transfer payments
  • Execution of general administrative/bank related requests
  • Verification and registration of bank accounts balances
  • Periodic verification and registration of credit card expenses
  • Verification and registration of incoming payments from customers
  • Verification of overdue payments from customers
  • Accounting documents verification on specific requests from our official accountant Forwarding and registration of company balance sheets
  • Verification, registration and payment of incoming invoices from external accounting and risk management services firms

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 Years of previous experience in administrative roles
  • Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
  • Good understanding of Incoterms
  • Solid understanding of Intra-community supply rules.

Skills:

  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
