Project Assistant (Maltese and English Speaking)
Manpower Malta looking to recruit a full-time Project Assistant who will be supporting our Client's management team with all aspects of the project, in particular missions and contract management.
Job duties
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees from quotation to booking stage
- Managing and updating datasheets relative to the various steps in expense reimbursement processes
- Communicating with temporary workers mainly via email or calls
- Assist in issuing periodic and ad hoc reports
- Filing, data-inputting, mail-handling and processing of documentation and other administrative tasks as the need arises
- Assisting management with other tasks relative to this project as the need arises
Essentially Primary Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent command of English & Maltese
- Good customer service attitude
- Minimum A Level of Education (ideally in Accounts)
- Experience working in the tourism industry, travel agencies or customer service role will be considered an asset

- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and Organised with a keen eye for detail
- Dependable, discreet & emphatic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications especially Word and Outlook.
