Shore Excursion & Ground Program Executive
Manpower is seeking to recruit an ENERGETIC & POSITIVE candidate for the position of Shore Excursion and Ground Program Executive (Port Agent) to join our client team.
Key Responsabilities:
- Act as focal point with cruise lines, cruise groups and suppliers and liaise with internal team as required
- Liaise directly with Shorex Managers on board the vessel
- Design, cost and price tours
- Coordinate the excursions as needed
- Supervise that agreed standards are met through spot checks and questionnaires.
- Follow up on any queries and complaints directly
- Prepare invoices and chase payments when required
Education & Experience
- Educational background in Tourism is seen as an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Programs needed
- A professional level of English is a must and together with a native level of Maltese being given priority.

IMPORTANT
- Local knowledge is a must and only candidates already residing in Malta will be considered.
- Office hours are Monday to Friday, but when cruise ships are in port, this can be any day of the week (Mon-Sun) so a level of flexibility is needed during the cruise season (Apr-Nov).
- In possession of a clean driving license and possession of own car needed
- Phone & petrol allowance will be given additional to the salary
