On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a fun, creative Marketing Executive with a flair for content creation and strong organisational skills to support the smooth running of the marketing function and assist with event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging content and copy for digital and print media
Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud
Manage social media pages and content calendar
Carry out basic video editing for short clips and snippets
Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day operations
Coordinate company and third-party events
Liaise with suppliers and maintain brand consistency
Assist with CRM database management and communications
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role
Strong design and writing skills
Experience with email marketing platforms and social ad campaigns
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience in a similar position, fluency in mainstream Microsoft applications and CRM software will be considered assets
