Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our clients team.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of marketing plans for multiple brands, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including websites and social media.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility and online traffic.
Assist in organising brand photoshoots, video campaigns, and marketing events.
Manage email marketing initiatives, update brand databases, and monitor campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Department, ideally with a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Previous experience in the FMCG industry is considered an asset.
