Information Security Analyst

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Information Security Analyst to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Support compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, CIS, eIDAS, and other relevant industry standards.

• Perform security risk assessments, gap analyses, and audits while maintaining proper evidence documentation.

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts from SIEM systems to detect and mitigate threats.

• Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration test reviews, and remediation planning.

• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and awareness initiatives across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in IT or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Minimum 3 years experience in information security, risk management, or IT infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and general enterprise IT environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Industry certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP are considered an asset.
